16 Week Full Body & Mind Transformation


UNLIMITED PERSONAL TRAINING!  (minimum of 3 sessions per week commitment)

The 16-week transformation package is all-encompassing, you will undergo a full transformation in both body and mind.

This is only for the dedicated, committed, and only for people who are ready for serious change, this involves lots of face to face sessions, online calls, and weekly programs. We assess your diet, lifestyle, habits, behaviours and then customise a plan for you to butterfly into your improved self.


You will need to commit to a minimum of 3 sessions per week. Ideally 4.

Online coaching


Everything handled online, generally for those who have some experience or are too far away for in-person training. A customised program is issued every 4 weeks, a weekly check-in call is completed, form and technique reviews, as well as periodic reviews and assessments.

JMX  Deep Tissue Massage


Deep Tissue massages help support a healthy and active lifestyle, releasing built-up tension, muscle knots, stiffness and fatigue, and work well for all ages and backgrounds.


A deep tissue massage can help you feel relaxed and refreshed. Increasing your mobility, homeostasis, and over all well-being. 


Massages can be beneficial for those involved in physical or office jobs, sports, physical activity, and or just to relax for a period of time.


We tailor all of our massages to our clients specific needs.


- All massages done with fresh clean towels.

- All massages can be done with or without, oils or massaging creams.

- Free water & 20g protein yoghurt pouch with every massage.

- Warm and Scented environment.

ake O'Neill - Certified Personal Trainer.


Jake O'Neill is Level 3 Certified in Personal Training, Level 3 Knowledge in Nutrition (NASM), and has personal experience in Amateur Boxing, Rugby Union, and Powerlifting.


Humans thrive when they are at their best physically and mentally.


For the past decade, Jake has worked across multiple disciplines, from telecommunications, Jnr Software Developer to IT Support Analyst and much more, BUT health, fitness, strength and sport have always been a powerful underlying role in his life. With over a decade's worth of experience in gym-based exercise, outdoor-based exercise, boxing as well as other sports like rugby and running, Jake brings a depth of rich knowledge and experience to the table, for you enjoy a balance but focussed approach to making the change you need.
