Name: Jake O'Neill - Certified Personal Trainer.
Jake O'Neill is Level 3 Certified in Personal Training, Level 3 Knowledge in Nutrition (NASM), and has personal experience in Amateur Boxing, Rugby Union, and Powerlifting.
Humans thrive when they are at their best physically and mentally.
For the past decade, Jake has worked across multiple disciplines, from telecommunications, Jnr Software Developer to IT Support Analyst and much more, BUT health, fitness, strength and sport have always been a powerful underlying role in his life.
