Health MOT


A Health Mot provides a full view of your current fitness, health, and overall well-being. This involves a strength and fitness assessment, a muscle activation assessment, general health metrics, BMI, Blood pressure, and weight. As well as a motivational interview. 

After a full assessment is complete. we create a 4-week plan that will best suit your needs about meeting your goals.

Monthly Online Programming

Our online monthly programming is our bread and butter and what we do best, we have a professional and dedicated team to work directly with you.

 

If you want an online coach, this is the option for you.

Personal Training

Mobile Personal Training is where we come to you, whether its from your garage, living room, or garden, we deliver sessions from your home.


You will have a program issued every 4 weeks, and this is included in your personal training package.

Prices start from £120 PCM.

Jake O'Neill is Level 3 Certified in Personal Training, Level 3 Knowledge in Nutrition (NASM), and has personal experience in Amateur Boxing, Rugby Union, and Powerlifting.

2010-2024

For the past decade, Jake has worked across multiple disciplines, from telecommunications and Jnr Software Developer to IT Support Analyst, and much more. BUT health, fitness, strength, and sport have always been powerful underlying roles in his life. With over a decade's worth of experience in gym-based exercise, outdoor-based exercise, boxing as well as other sports like rugby, and running.
